The College Park Housing Authority (CPHA) will be opening its Public Housing Senior Waiting list on March 19, 2026.
Applications will be accepted ONLINE ONLY on Thursday, March 19, 2026, for elderly persons 55+ only at the following times:
9:00 am – until 0-Bedroom Efficiencies – 25 applicants
The applications must be completed ONLINE by visiting www.collegeparkha.com and selecting the link to the online resident portal, followed by the link to apply for housing now. Only completed applications will be placed on the Public Housing Waiting List in order of time submitted. Applicants providing a valid email address will receive an email confirmation that the application was accepted.
College Park Housing Authority offers affordable, decent, safe, and sanitary housing to families who meet the eligibility criteria established by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and CPHA.
